VISTA EQUITIES GROUP AND VISTA PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF VISTA STACY ROAD

Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group have announced the development of Vista Stacy Road, a 3.99-acre property located off the northeast corner of Stacy Road and Collin McKinney Parkway in McKinney, Texas. The project, Vista Stacy Road, is planned to be comprised of 20,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and two pad sites available for ground lease or for sale. Vista Stacy Road is an estimated $8.3 million project, with construction expected to start in the Spring of 2020.
