VISTA EQUITIES GROUP AND VISTA PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF VISTA GRAND RESERVE

Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group have announced the development of Vista Grand Reserve, a 1.34-acre property located off the southwest corner of Kingsland Boulevard and Cobia Drive in Katy, Texas. The property is located in a ninety-acre master-planned development known as The Reserve at Grand Parkway. The project, Vista Grand Reserve, will be 12,025 square feet of Class A medical office space with 6,500 square feet occupied by Houston Allergy and Asthma Associates. Vista Grand Reserve is an estimated $4 million project, with expected construction to start April 2016.
