Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group have announced the acquisition of Vista Dunvale, a 47,180 square foot mixed-use shopping center and Capital One bank pad located off the southwest corner of Westheimer Road and Dunvale Road in Houston, Texas. The project, Vista Dunvale, is located approximately three miles west of the Galleria and is situated along one of the densest retail corridors on Westheimer Road. Major retailers in close proximity to Vista Dunvale include Home Depot, Target, PetSmart and Walmart.
