VISTA EQUITIES GROUP AND VISTA PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISITION OF UNIVERSITY COMMONS III

Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group have announced the acquisition of 2.85 acres of property located on the northeast corner of US Highway 59 and University Boulevard at the main entrance to Newland Communities highly successful master planned community of Telfair in Sugar Land, Texas. The property is adjacent to University Commons I and across University Boulevard from University Commons II, both of which are Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group acquisitions that have taken place over the past two years. The project, University Commons III, is planned to be a ground-up retail developments that is planned to include national and regional retail tenants. The project will also include pad sites for restaurants available on a build-to-suit or ground lease basis. University Commons III is an estimated $8 million project, with expected construction to start in May 2018.
