VISTA EQUITIES GROUP AND VISTA PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISITION OF INVERNESS CROSSING
Vista Equities Group and Vista Private Equity Group have announced the acquisition of 3.142 acres of property located at the southeast corner of FM 2920 and Inverness Crossing Boulevard in the far northwest quadrant of Houston. The property is located less than one-eighth of a mile from the intersection of The Grand Parkway and FM 2920, and will benefit from the high-volume traffic patterns created by the recently opened thoroughfare, which has made FM 2920 a major commuter artery from the Tomball / Spring area to the north of The Grand Parkway. The project, Inverness Crossing, is planned to be a ground-up retail development that is planned to include national and regional retail tenants. The project will also include a pad site for a restaurant available on a build-to-suit or ground lease basis. Inverness Crossing is an estimated $6.5 million project, with expected construction to start in October 2017.
