VISTA PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE SUCCESSFUL ACQUISITION OF BELLA FRESH HOUSTON EQUIPMENT ASSETS AND A SECOND PROCESSING FACILITY

NatureBest Pre-Cut & Produce, LLC (the “Company”), a provider of a full line of pre-cut fresh fruits and vegetables, acquired the Bella Fresh Houston equipment assets on March 23, 2020. Strategically, these assets will provide NatureBest with additional high-speed automated equipment necessary to compete in the large volume retail and foodservice business. Along with the new equipment, the Company has finalized a long-term lease of the former Bella Fresh Houston 60,000 square foot processing facility located in Houston. The new leased facility, along with the Company’s current processing facility located in Missouri City, Texas, increases the total square footage to over 120,000 square foot.

An investment partnership controlled by Vista Private Equity Group acquired 100% of NatureBest Pre-Cut & Produce, LLC on December 4, 2015.
