Vista was founded by
Greg
Houghtaling, Kurt Keene and
Brent Mann to generate attractive,
risk-adjusted returns through defined investment strategies in the
core areas of private equity and real estate development. Each Vista
investment strategy is backed with access to long-term capital
resources, thus enabling us to focus, with our partners, on
maximizing value-creation.
Vista was founded with one key
philosophy common to each of its investment and development
activities: stay highly focused on opportunities benefiting from
value-enhancement strategies and the complimentary skill sets of our
team. Vista is led by highly seasoned professionals, with each
principal bringing substantial experience in one or more of the
following areas: private equity investment, real estate development,
leasing, asset management, corporate finance and turnaround
management.

add value consistently. Through our purposeful approach to each
investment / development opportunity, our transaction and operating
